PHD Worldwide is a global media and communications agency. They were in search of a fresh approach to internal training that reflected their organization’s culture of innovation. As a result, we provided the following:
- Training Development: We created training that reflected PHD’s branding, energy, and creativity. We emphasized that “less is more,” and carefully honed their content to meet training goals, while keep the learner’s attention.
- Multimedia: Our team developed interactions, exercises, examples, and knowledge checks that further engaged employees in the training.
- Instructional Design: All training materials were designed following best practices and innovative approaches to learning.
Final Product: The successful five-module training series met PHD’s training goals and engaged learners in a variety of ways, allowing material to be more easily absorbed and retained for the long term.
